Welcome!

Hi! I'm Lauren, the baker behind Fresh Milled Goodness.

What started as a personal journey toward better food and better health became a love for fresh milled grains, homemade bread, and sharing nourishing baked goods with others.

I believe simple, well-made food matters - and I'm excited to bring fresh milled flour and baked goods to my community in North Alabama.
